Local radio stations and regional TV broadcasters: good coverage of regional events
Biel/Bienne, 01.06.2026 — In 2025, all licensed regional TV broadcasters met the minimum requirement for regional news coverage for the first time. This is shown by the latest programme analysis published by the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM) on its website on 1 June 2026. In 2024, all licensed local radio stations had already met this requirement.
