Once you’ve completed your registration by filling out this form, keep an eye on your inbox for a Microsoft Teams invitation to join our Network group. It may take a few days to arrive. As soon as you receive it, follow the step-by-step instructions in the PDF below to creat your Guest account. Then you’ll be ready to access and start using the Network on your MS Teams App.

Why join us on Microsoft Teams?

Stay connected with the Health Network right where you work by switching on your MS Teams to the SDC enviornment. You’ll receive news and updates, connect with other members, and tap into the Network’s collective expertise by asking questions, sharing ideas, and building new contacts.

You can also actively contribute: Complete your profile (with visibility settings), and post contributions or requests (such as finding consultants for an evaluation). You can share your events and news via a simple form so they appear on the internal platform for network members, and/or you may submit items for inclusion in our public  homepage. You’ll also be able to participate in online events and e-discussions throughout the year and add your thoughts and comments on specific topics.
