In general
Dgroups are the starting point for groups and communities in international development. They are a partnership which caters to both individuals and organisations by offering tools and services that bring people together. Whether they are supporting a team, a group, a network, an organization or a community, they aim to provide you with a platform and tools to do this in an environment which is simple, non-commercial, respectful of privacy, and targeted at low bandwidth users in the South.

Dgroup of the SDC Health Network
There is a Dgroup functionning as a discussion platform of the SDC Thematic Network Health. This Network is a learning network linking practitioners and professionals working at SDC Headquarters, field offices, partner organizations and programmes in partner countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe. The primary goal is to support the implementation of SDC orientation in strengthening of health systems and services, control and prevention of major communicable diseases (Malaria, HIV/AIDS) and improving reproductive, maternal and child health. The platform is offering guidance for policy dialogue and operations to increase the quality and impact of SDC bilateral and multilateral health programmes.

Membership requires invitation or registration.
